Cryo provides information about its products, a waitlist for early access, and digital products and services offered through the website and the Whop platform. Purchases and account features that run on Whop are also subject to Whop's own terms and policies.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to use the Services.

Please review the service details, description and price carefully before you complete a purchase.

All payments are final and non-refundable once completed, except where refunds are required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to any product or feature.

We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, updates, or events outside our control.

The Cryo name, branding, website content and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
